ROCK ISLAND TOUR

Enjoy snorkeling at various locations around the Rock Islands, including stops at Jellyfish Lake and Milky Way.

Details:
You will complete two boat dives using 32% Nitrox. No specific skills are performed underwater, so the specialty can be completed while enjoying normal fun diving.
A Nitrox-compatible dive computer is required. A dive computer can be rented free of charge if you do not have one. If you bring your own computer, please check the manual in advance to make sure you know how to switch it to Nitrox mode.
This specialty can be completed together with the Advanced Open Water course.
Deep Specialty

Details:
If you completed Deep training as part of your Advanced Open Water course, you can complete the Deep Specialty with 3 additional training dives.
You will experience actual deep diving below 40 m (within the applicable training limits). Underwater activities include simple multiplication exercises to experience the effects of nitrogen narcosis, observing the compression of objects such as tennis balls at depth, and observing color loss at depth using a color chart. We also conduct simulated decompression-stop exercises.
Drift Specialty

Details:
At approximately 10 m depth, you will practice deploying a reel and surface marker buoy. You will also practice maintaining neutral buoyancy while drifting in mid-water.
This is a specialty training experience unique to Palau. Safety-stop procedures while drifting are also practiced.
